Statutory Accounts

They may be a legal requirement, but Bostock White views your accounts as a snapshot of your business and a chance to work closely with you and build a long-term relationship. You will be assigned a dedicated member of our team from the beginning who will respond promptly to your queries.

Due to the nature and size of our firm, the assigned team member will work closely with the partner so that the accounts can be used to their fullest effect and strategies considered for your business. For example, this could be suggestions on how to improve profitability or highlighting tax planning opportunities.

The statutory accounts process includes all of the following:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns
• Preparation and submission to Companies House of filleted (public) accounts

We will prepare accounts in a timely manner well in advance of any requisite filing deadlines.
